Meet the experts comprising EAST Partnership

Check out the instructor bios below to meet our family of experts!

Through on-demand and hybrid training and coaching we help asset managers and engineers fill the training gap without interrupting daily operations and this shows in improved operational availability of assets, management of programs, and positive client feedback.

EAST Partnership was born of entrepreneurial joy and frustration. Lucas knew that managers and senior engineers responsible for the world's most critical physical assets want training from experienced experts from multiple industries without the burden of production schedule interruptions. With budgets and schedules so constrained, no one has the time to pull their team away for a day or more of training.

Teams need knowledge to fix programs but can't stop working long enough to attend on-site courses.

Teams want to learn from leading consultants but hiring multiple trainers is an administrative hassle.

EAST Partnership was born to resolve these concerns. We are a group of subject matter experts who have been in your very shoes. You want training when it's most convenient for your team, and we deliver on-demand and hybrid training from industry leaders you trust.

Above all else, EAST Partnership's greatest value is our diversity. We come from different industries, specialize in different disciplines, and live in different countries. Some of us even speak different languages. We are women, men, engineers, managers, veterans, and industry professionals. We are uniquely different but we have so much in common and at the top of the list is our passion for sharing knowledge, helping others, and entrepreneurship.

The walkthrough of the progression of the history of Value-Based Decision (VBD) Making was spot on from early approaches to what we are doing today in asset management. The depth of comprehensive public works A/E projects have always been stakeholder centric but had shortfalls in analysis of both asset performance and maintenance to build and operate better for future design or rehabilitation. New design thinking (UX) concepts also seem overlap into VBD. This value progression presented a great melding of these approaches in a concise way and in the context of ISO guidelines.
